What Do I Do If I Have A Question For My Child’s Tutor?

If you have a question for your child’s tutor, there are a number of means through which you can communicate with them. Primarily, if you have any general concerns or enquiries that need to be addressed immediately, you can either call us on 1800 668 177 or email us at and we will pass on all necessary information to your child’s tutor.

If you have a question about the homework or the course work, or if your child is having difficulties that you wish to inform their tutor about, there is a section on page 2 of each week’s course book marked “Comments (from parent/student)” that you can use (see below). The homework schedule on this page should be signed by both the parents and the tutor on a weekly basis, so it is a good line of communication between yourself and your child’s tutor.

Of course, if you would like to speak directly to your child’s tutor, you are welcome to speak to them before or after class. Keep in mind that tutors often need to attend or prepare for other classes, so if you have several questions, please let us know in advance so we can make sure the tutor is free for a discussion. Of course, the managers at the front desk of our centres are also happy to answer any questions you might have.
